Pet Policy
The Blossoms is the perfect home for you and your pet. We welcome a variety of animals including dogs, cats and fish. There is no additional cost to your monthly rental for pets.
We do have a few rules and regulations to ensure that everyone at The Blossoms has a good experience.
Before you bring your pet to The Blossoms, please read our pet policy. If anything is unclear, or if you have any questions, please contact the community support team.

- Dogs – small and medium-sized breeds (up to 20kg)

Terms & Conditions
- Pet owners must request permission to keep a pet as part of the application process. All animals must be registered and approved by us before you begin your tenancy.
- You may be asked to bring your pet, with supporting information, for a meet-and-greet before we finalise your tenancy.
- There is a maximum allowance for one pet per property in studio and one bedroom apartments, and two pets per property in two and three bedroom apartments.
- Dogs, cats, rabbits, and fish are welcome at The Blossoms. We apologise, but we cannot grant permission for you to keep any other animals.
- Aquariums must not exceed a volume of 90 litres.
- All animals listed in the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 schedule or listed within the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are forbidden.
- The maximum weight of dogs must not exceed 20 kgs when fully grown, unless they are assistance or service animals.
- You may be required to provide additional information about your pet, including, but not limited to, evidence of vaccinations and flea and worming treatments.
- You are responsible for the care of your pet and your apartment at all times. If another resident raises concern over your pet’s welfare, we reserve the right to contact the appropriate authorities.
- Residents who allow their animals to foul in the common areas, including the terrace, residents’ lounge, the private bookable spaces, or workspace areas may be fined in accordance with the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
- You will be liable for the cost of repairing any damage caused to the apartment or communal areas by your pet. Any damage must be reported to the onsite team immediately.
- An inspection will be carried out at the end of your tenancy, and you will be responsible for the cost of a deep clean, including carpets if required.
- We may, from time to time, request a mid-tenancy inspection to ensure the apartment is being adequately looked after.
Please note that your tenancy will be at risk if there is a breach of any of the above terms and conditions.
